Guma Reserve とは一年間有効の有料のメンバーシップ制度です。メンバーになると様々な特典を受けることができます。

またGuma 会員限定モデル、Guma 会員限定色等を購入する権利があります。

（特別な地域性のあるローカルプロジェクトイベントの商品の場合Guma 会員であっても購入いただけない場合もございます、ご了承ください。）

shoyoroll.jpでのお買い物を一年間10％の割引が受けられます。

基本的にひとり一口までとなっています。

メンバーシップを権利譲渡移転はできません。

中途解約、返金はできませんのでご了承ください。

Guma Reserve メンバー制度 はどのようにしてスタートしたのですか？

 以前に比べて柔術ドーギをコレクションしたり交換したりするドーギコレクターが世界的に増えてきたように思えます。また転売目的での購入者が増加してきており本当に着用、購入する人へ届けたいという思いから2012年からこのメンバー制度を始めました。

 どのようなルール、規約が Guma Reserve メンバーシップにはあるのですか?

• 1人につき1メンバーシップまでで1人で複数のメンバーシップの購入、保有はできません。
• 注文を受けた分のみ発注する為、お申込後にGuma 会員限定エクスクルーシブ　ドーギのサイズ変更はできませんのでお申込時のサイズ選びは慎重にお願い致します。
• メンバーシップを権利譲渡、移転する事はできません。また権利をシェア共有することもできません。
• 入会特典の商品を他の商品と交換または返品はできません。
• Guma メンバーの割引特典を誰かと共有または貸与し使用する事は禁止されています。
• Guma メンバーの10%割引特典はディスカウントコードをご自身で入力していただくことで受けることができます。入力の忘れなどによる以前のオーダーに遡っての割引の適用はできませんのでご注意ください。
• メンバーの方々はinfo@shoyoroll.jpを迷惑メールではないというメール受信設定、受信指定をするようお勧めします。特に携帯電話会社のメールアドレスをご利用のお客様はご注意ください。こちらからメールを送付はしていますが受信側での問題でメールが見れなかった場合での責任はこちらでは負い兼ねます。
• メンバーの購入履歴はモニターされています。不適切な購入履歴が発覚した場合には現在のメンバー資格が失効する場合があります。
• メンバーの権利を利用しての商品の転売等は禁止されています。
• 配送は日本国内の住所とし海外への発送は行っておりません。また転送サービスを使用しての紛失の責任はこちらでは負いません。

• Shoyoroll reserves は会員に告知なしに会員規約を更新、変更することがいつでもできます。
• Guma Reserve メンバーの申し込み、購入は全ての規約に同意されたものとみなします。

Guma Reserve Membership Rules, Terms and Conditions

1. One membership per customer/household. Multiple membership purchases will automatically be voided, no exceptions.
2. Once a size is selected for your Guma Reserve initiation package, we will NOT accept size changes.
3. Membership is NON-TRANSFERABLE, nor can it be shared by multiple people. Membership purchases MUST be purchased for yourself, not for someone else. Membership purchases that do not match current Guma members renewal list or those on the Guma waiting list will automatically be voided. No exceptions.
4. Initiation package is part of your membership purchase. These items cannot be returned or exchanged for other products.
5. ALL orders must be placed under, paid for and shipped to GUMA member. No exceptions.
6. Guma related product specials and discounts are strictly for members only. Sharing your login information is prohibited.
7. Pre-order system for select kimonos may be conducted during the membership year.
8. If you fail to purchase Guma Exclusive products, we reserve the right to offer the unsold pieces at our discretion for marketing purposes, athletes, future members, events, etc.
9. Anticipated kimono releases, designs, details, color-way and prices are subject to change without notice.
10. Members must add  info@shoyoroll.lp to their address book to ensure all Guma related emails are received.
11. Member purchases will be monitored. Those who are abusing membership privileges may be subject to cancellation of current membership and being denied access to purchase a future membership.
12. Members are prohibited from reselling merchandise on private websites, commercial websites and/or other resell channels.
13. Failure to abide by the rules, terms and conditions of Guma Reserve Membership as stated, will result in your membership being revoked/canceled, without refund.
14. Shoyoroll reserves the right to cancel membership(s) at any time, at our discretion without refund.
15. Shoyoroll reserves the right to update and/or modify rules, terms and conditions at any time, at our discretion. Members will be notified through the Guma newsletter regarding any changes.
16. By purchasing the Guma Reserve membership, you hereby agree to all rules, terms and conditions.
